Temecula. City is full of Marines out of Pendleton or those making the drive into San Diego. The east Fallbrook entrance is pretty close.Palm Springs?

Ha, I would like to come up for a defense of this statement but I have none and besides you would just destroy it.I was stationed at MCAS Beaufort, SC with a guy from Temecula. He was pretty fucking weird. I understand now.

Oh I spent many shifts working those hours and starting drinking beer at 8:00 am. One of the guys on the shift knew the owner of a local run down bar and on occasion would call him up to open the doors in the morning for us. Nothing like a bunch of walking zombies drinking beer and playing pool at 8:00 am after working all night.Yeah, well....I'm drinking beer after a 12 hour shift. You're just trying to get the day in gear. Sucks to be you.
Back in the day in my young active duty days, there was a dive bar outside the gates that opened at 0700 for "sick call". Half priced pitchers of draft. Spent many a morning there lol!Oh I spent many shifts working those hours and starting drinking beer at 8:00 am. Amen to that!12 hour night shifts ain't for the faint of heart. It's a fucking struggle.
Ours were 10 hour shifts, but we never got out of there on time. One of my boys occasionally works the 12 hour graveyard shift so I will watch my grandkid. He looks like shit when he walks in, and looks like shit when he wakes up to go back and do it again.12 hour night shifts ain't for the faint of heart. It's a fucking struggle.

That's what men do! Real men anyway!Story of my life. My wife hates it, but we both know we need the money. I do what I do for us.
