Trump’s approval rating soars to level not reached in months in new poll

Donald Trump’s approval rating is soaring in a new survey, with the president’s poll numbers reaching a level that hasn’t been recorded in months.

Trump’s approval rating now stands at 47% in the latest Daily Mail/JL Partners poll -- a 4-point increase from the 43% rating recorded in the survey’s last three months and a 5-point climb from his all-time low in mid-March.

The 47% approval rating is Trump’s highest since February, before he decided to launch joint strikes with Israel against Iran.

Meanwhile, the president’s disapproval rating is 53% in the latest survey, four percentage points lower than the poll recorded in early April and mid-March.

Trump appeared to be polling well across all racial groups.

Hispanic voters approve of the president at a 45% clip while 41% disapprove.

White voters gave Trump a 46% approval rating in the poll.

Trump was underwater with Black voters by 10 percentage points, with 38% of Black respondents approving of him with 48% disapproving.

“President Trump appears to have got a direct approval bump from the Iran deal, putting him on his second-highest rating of the year so far,” JL Partners founder James Johnson told the Daily Mail in a statement...

Also, that CNN guy that gives polling rundowns said Democrat numbers are the weakest this midterm year, than the last 4 cycles.

Why should any country accept migrants who live on the public dole? Why should they even be eligible for any public assistance at all? They're not the people of the country. They contributed nothing to it. They have no loyalty to it. So why should any country accept foreigners who are going to be a burden on society?

Take away the free housing, food, education and medical care and the vast vast majority of all illegals and plenty of the legals will leave western countries.

I've wondered that same thing, still haven't come up with an answer that makes a bit of sense.

Supposedly they're here to do work the natives don't want to do. Aside from the obvious bullshit....ie the natives used to do those jobs and if you paid them a market wage I'm sure they'd still be willing to do those jobs......and they're supposedly here to shore up the pension schemes in various western countries which are aging because the birth rate collapsed.

OK.

So why should they be allowed to receive public assistance? I thought they were supposed to be here for our benefit....ie to contribute to society. How does adding a whole bunch of leeches to the welfare rolls help shore up the pension scheme? They're not working. They're not contributing anything. What's the benefit to us of having them here? There is no other reason for them to be here at all.
