I have two LEOs in the family, it's a constant worry even though I admire what they do.

I found many of the ROTC officers were just guys doing a job they didn't really want to do, weren't cut out for, and were not going to make their life's work. The OCS guys were generally better. The Annapolis guys were generally a cut (or several cuts) above. But my last Captain was a mustang...

I haven't been here long enough to nominate anybody, but in my opinion it should be somebody who contributes a lot on a regular basis, helping to build the site. I don't agree that that should exclude a mod if it's deserved.
