Saban, finished.

Ed, Lucky he got one in there before the Pirate sailed in.

Lol Jimbo? Aggies back in the same division as Leach? They might as well move back to the Big 12.

wreck em, pirate!!

Yes. He has most definitely become the greatest HC in modern CFB history and arguably the best ever. But how long does he have before boosters and the fan base cut him loose? How many years can he go without an SEC Championship/CFP appearance before they put him out to pasture? Keep in mind that we are now in the instant gratification generation.

IMO, he has earned the right to lead Bama until the day he moves on from this realm, but can Bama faithful accept that if he goes 3,4,5 years without winning the SEC or the CFP?

Time will tell, but it does make for good off season speculation, amirite?

I, like most true fans would tip my hat and say thank you coach for all that you have done. The younger demographic maybe not so much. They don’t remember the lean years, the sad years, or the downright pathetic years and have become spoiled. Winning a national championship is damn hard, and it takes some luck, regardless of how talented your team is. To win 5? Unprecedented.

Most fans today are insane, it seems.

Florida State gave Bowden ten years to go down hill, I doubt Bama is that patient.
