A little story about Sam Pittman. When he did the official media interview announcing that he was the new HC for Arkansas, he cried. It was his dream job. He'll be 60 years old this year and spent his entire career as a position coach. He never dreamed he would get the opportunity to be a head coach anywhere, much less at the school he rooted for as a kid. He's everybody's most loveable grandpa, but aside from that, he's a brilliant football mind and a great people person. It took him a couple of years, but his entire roster from coaches to players to fans......they've all bought in to his dream.
I am a fan.
