The fascinating part is that Bama and UGA this year scored over 1000. No team in the past, since 247 has been keeping records, scored over 1000.

Georgia Football has CFB's No. 2 roster in 247Sports Team Talent Composite

Georgia has 19 five-stars and 47 four-stars on the team, giving them a score of 1,001.65, only the second program to ever break the 1,000-point barrier. Alabama is No. 1 in the Team Talent Composite, at 1004.04, with 14 five-stars and 61 four-stars on the roster.

The 247Sports Team Talent Composite has been updated for the 2021 season. It examines and ranks every FBS team based on how their players ranked in high school. The ranking accounts for transfers, dismissals, and other departures or additions to the rosters. To make it simple, the Team Talent Composite ranks the star power of each roster.
