Rumors around Lexington:

Boley was offered 2.5 Mil by AZ st, Boley asked to get real close to 2Mil to stay. Stein wanted a more accurate QB than what he has shown so far. Leavitt was offered between 4-5 mil but wanted to explore other visits for a week or so including his visit to LSU. Stein didnt want to wait/ possibly get in a bidding war that LSU or somebody could easily win if pushed. Stein flipped ND QB Minchey from Nebraska after he had committed to a Nebraska deal the day before . Nebby is pissed. He didnt want to get F'd waiting around for this kid, when there would be less options. Word is Minchey got around 2 Mil and this is Stein's proto-type QB. Biggest surprise for me was UK could come up with 4-5 Mil, but they say after Stoops was fired the boosters poured in a bunch more money. Id say Leavitt is now on the Lane Train now. I gues Stein thought more of Minchey than Boley. I do like that Minchey is a dual threat. We shall see how it turns out. I dont blame any of these QBs for their decisions.
