5Q Week 5 Top 25

I wouldn't put Oregon in that mix. They've got plenty of problems and are vulnerable.

I don't think we have the usual 3-5 dominate teams this year. I think Alabama/Georgia are the clear top 2 but even they aren't as dominate as we're used to seeing the top 2 teams be. I think we are looking at a 2007 kind of year. Wins are going to be ugly, it's a matter of surviving.
What is really surprising to me is that overall from coast to coast, the offensive line play is down From what it was last year.

Every team has warts this year. But Oregon is starting to look like that team of destiny kind of thing.

Right now I would say that Bama and Oregon have the best wins and Florida the best loss followed by Ohio St. That Clemson win isn't looking nearly as good anymore. However everyone is getting into their conference games.

We'll see. I'm worried about this trip to Stanford on Saturday

Bama has issues with their defense. Giving 2 touchdown to scrubs is a problem. Everybody can say that UGA's win over Clemson isn't a big deal now, but I say UGA broke their spirit. That said, UGA has more problems than a math book. When your leading receiver is a true freshman TE, you don't have anyone to throw to. I'm not sure this year is 2007 worthy, but a lot of teams are losing games they aren't supposed to just 4 weeks in.

We've seen more Top 25 losses at this point than any time in modern history. There's a lot of parity right now, even at the top IMO
