We dont have to worry much about bugs in the desert, except for brown recluse, black windows, scorpions, and such. Dont see much of them around my place.

My nephew lives in Belleview, FL. He screened his garage doors. Apparently there are sliding screens that are opaque from the outside and can be installed without interfering with the doors.
