Bands/Artists that were on your bucket list (Music thread)

Great thread idea. My list could be long even though there were times I would attend concerts weekly. Sometimes I fell in the next time trap. Well most know my story about going deaf which has resulted in no next time. Anyways, I’ll start with these guys:

My list is very long. I'll be posting a bunch. I've seen probably close to 400 Bands/Artists that most will know. There's a bunch of them that I had the opportunity to see in my lifetime, though, that just didn't happen.....

I realize the thread is about artist who have passed on, thus our inability to see live. I will slip off the rail a bit with some of my postings because of my circumstances. Some have passed on, while others are still around but I’ll never hear live.

I have easily seen several hundred concerts myself.

I'll start out brief and cheat a bit because the first two were gone, (original band and a few iterations), before I was born.

Allman Brothers Band, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Black Sabbath with Dio, (damn at the pipes on him), Chis LeDoux, Waylon Wa-fucking-tasha Jennings.

He does it better than the Marshal Tucker Band. Fight me.

Great list, although I did see Chris Ledoux. I was probably 4 feet from the stage.

I remember the night I chose to go to a party instead of going to see this guy live. Bad mistake.

I almost put Keith in there. IIRC, I would have been two when he passed.

My dad and I were actually talking about him and Ricky Van Shelton on the way back from the doctor today and this came on the radio.

I was 23. In the process of re-enlisting while I was stationed in Beaufort, SC. 30 miles from Savannah, GA. 1st wife refused to go see him live at the Savannah Civic Center in late '88. I can only hope that smug bitch lives long enough to regret ALL of the stupid decisions she made.
