Miami is obviously improved from last year. Their new OC was a hit and they have a good QB to run the team. We don't quite know how good Miami is but that's not their fault. We get to see them matchup against Clemson soon.
However, I don't think we can overreact about Georgia. They started slow and looked bad in the first half vs. Arkansas but the QB change got the Georgia offense going and they rolled in the 2nd half. Georgia has recruited at a truly elite level for years now. Miami has done fairly well but they haven't recruited the way Georgia has.
I'm sticking with Georgia, although I think Manny Diaz will return Miami to relevance.

Jury is still out on the Canes. Let's see how we do against Clemson. I am extremely happy with the QB and OC but the weaknesses are at WR and LBer right now.
