Pre seeds are out. The 2 weeks between the last dual meet of the season and the big ten tournament is the longest withdrawl for wrestling addicts like me. No real news, only speculation on what will happen, and not much of that. The weeks just drag by.

Getting to the best part of the year for Winter sports. Will have conference wrestling, hockey, and basketball that all leads to the NCAAs for all 3 as well. I love this time of year. Especially finishing up the youth/high school wrestling & hoops season as well.
I'm confused (even more than normal). I thought that you hated this time of the year? At least after this weekend.

Did anyone see the WV high school wrestler finished undefeated 142-0?
I haven't followed him much but I believe Amos is going to wrestle at Wisconsin. I honestly don't know much about him but assume he will wrestle heavyweight for the badgers.

Tomorrow all the conference tourneys start. Of course I'm interested in the big 10s but the big 12s is also very interesting to keep an eye on, along with the ACC's and the MAC's as well.

@CowpokeU I see you guys won the "little"12 again. :p 3 champions, a 2nd placer and was it four 3rds? And a 7th. Qualified 9 right? I think witlake is going to be a tough out at nationals. I think he AAs this year.

Hope we see Steveson vs Parris in the finals. Hopefully the result stays the same, but both were in Indiana before Gable moved. Remember watching Parris shock the state in getting in the semis his freshman year of high school. Then he was lights out after that.
I was actually surprised steveson made it look that easy in the win, so technically sound. He's really good. Paris didn't have much for him. Over the next 2 years they will have some battles. The finals were fun to watch, hated that kemmerer got beat but hall is a great wrestler and any little mistake will cost you. I see them having round 3 in the finals.
