Bye Bye PAC-12

Looks like every one is waiting to see what the princess Notre Dame is gonna decide...

how much of this do you think is the conferences letting info slip on their plans. And how much if this is media driven click bait.

I think there is a lot of ”reporting” going on because of how blind sided everyone was with the USC / UCLA move. No one was talking about this before it happened. Even though the B1G said the whole time that their goal is to be a national conference Not a midwestern or even northern conference.

As fans want to see the best worlds of fandom. And we are to the point that this is a business that plays a sport. Not a sport that plays at business. And if you are a conference that is looking to make money. The ultimate bartering chip is ND. Now that doesn’t mean you just sit and wait by the phone. None of us are that stupid. But also none of us are stupid enough to think that if the ND AD calls and says draw up a contract that ANY P5 conference would tell them no.

I'm gonna be honest, Washington's expectations and ideas of themselves just aren't supported by data. The S&P over the last 25 years has 2 Pac teams, first USC, second, Oregon.

Comparatively speaking, both Oklahoma State & Kansas State are ranked in the Top 25 over the past 25 years.

Also, Oklahoma State is in the Top 25 of average yearly viewers at 1.7 million. Washington I thiiiink is in the Top 40. Oregon is in the Top 25 with a 2.8 million averaged yearly viewers rate.

Ohio State is #1 at something ungodly.

Washington just isn't anything nationally outside of the Pac & need to face the facts that they are a Big XII brand at this point.

Still feels weird getting shit talked by an Indiana fan the other day though 😂

Interesting. Do you have a link for these numbers?
