I don’t know what day it is because I’ve been sleeping a lot. Pain meds barely make it tolerable. I’m swollen, bruised and my ear definitely looks and feels like it was removed and reattached.

Doctors removed the problem and reconstructed the ear with titanium rods. Blood still drains from the ear canal and the stitches behind the ear. My whole head is pounding.


I’m not dead and you can’t have my stuff unless you want the medical bills. You can have that shit.

Hearing should be restored within 8 weeks. Swelling, pain, dizziness etc should only last a couple more weeks.

That’s all I got for now. I’m checking out again.

Yeah, pain always worse a few days after surgery. Hopefully it will shortly start to diminish.

Those stitches are going to be an annoyance until they are out.
