Washington has the best resume from the regular season, and they’re undefeated.

The only (legit) reason why they haven’t been ranked #1 is that if they lose the CCG, it would mean the Pac12 gets 2 teams in. A lame duck conference isn’t getting that consideration, they just aren’t. Even if they are the best conference (they probably are this year).
