Actually..there's a pretty decent little amount of circumstantial evidence to it. We already know he was paying off other inmates with bribes for protection, the cameras just happen to black out the 30 minute window he "dies", a "clerical error" erases everything else, his cellmate warned to keep quiet, his body remove against protocol, the physical evidence not matching up, the picture of the "body" looking odd, his grave being unidentified....What if he paid off some guards and doctors to spring him? Course, all that could just also mean someone paid to have him killed, but, lot of effort if so.
