Current Coaching Carousel 11/29

I cannot say fuck no loud enough. I want NO PART of Urban here. And ND would get savaged at this point if they did.

College football is going to look a ton different in the next 5 years.
That’s exactly what I said when some fans wanted Urban at SC. It’s not often SC and ND fans agree but Urban is a headache waiting to happen. I was big on Fickell but I tapered off on Fickell. Love what he’s done with Cincy outside his brief stint as an intern for Tressel it’s hard to gauge him on the next level . I do think he has a high ceiling but Fickell does have risks. Including Ohio State looming. My top for ND are Clay Helton or Graham Harrell

but I’m a Trojans fan 😂

Well, I believe, without looking it up, Clay already has his next gig.

I don't know about VTech but BAMA fans will be rejoicing. Lotta stories about the fans wanted him gone. Saban needs to really think about the next O Co-ordinator. With the players in place they can have a high flying machine and need O coaching to capitalize on that.

Just out of curiosity, why did you choose O'Brien over Golding? I woulda figured you would want Golding gone first.
Well, both gone actually. But it started with rumors flying about obrien, so that was a good start. Now, I'm going to contradict the absolute hell out of myself.
BAMA's d works good when goldy doesn't get complicated with his schemes and play calling. See how the d worked against the barn?

But, I still wouldn't shed a tear if he gets hired elsewhere, gets canned or at least demoted to a position coach.

Finley couldn't keep the starting job at LSU. That's why he was Bo Nix's back up. I mean, I get it. Bama's D looked really good against Auburn, but Harsin followed it by firing his OC.

OK. But the sorry side of it is against NM St they drive right off the bat and get a fg. They shouldn't have had a fg till late in the third quarter.

Too soon?
