As far as brew. Someone earlier said it best. Some of the best ones are regional. Here in Northern Indiana some of the absolute best are:
Saugatuck, their blueberry lemonade is outstanding, the same with their green zebra
Founders, they just have a ton of
3 Floyds they put together some odd combinations that just work.

And then a personal favorite of mine is Steigl. It is out of Austria, been in constant operation since 1492. They make a 'Radler' beer that is their main brew mixed with grapefruit juice that is amazing
