Everybody is learning how to cook again

just got the crock pot out and filled it with potatos, carrots, onions and a pork loin roast.. for tonight,, and sausage patties and can biscuits for now

a nice steak this afternoon,
but i'm out of ketchup -
any suggestions on an alternate sauce ??

Our dishwasher has been the real all-star in the family these past few weeks.

I thought it was funny when i went to the store a few weeks ago and staples like rice, beans, baking supplies etc were all sold out. Was wondering if people thought they were gonna magically learn to cook. Maybe so...

I have 4800 lbs of beans and hogs. I ain't starving.

Actually, Mrs Nod and I cook from scratch with fresh ingredients about 95% of this time anyway.

We've pulled out a few old recipes and have all shared in cooking something every night. Prior, we were guilty of eating out to much but now it's home cooked meals everyday of the week except one. We are trying to help a few our the local pizza places, that we know the owners, by picking up some pizzas one night a week.

Kraft BBQ sauce is always a good number 2

Take out once a week to help out the local place. Otherwise it's pretty much whatever the cafeteria at work has...

I have been feeding my dog garlic, onions, rosemary, basil, thyme and barbecue sauce. I’m seasoning him from the inside. Times may get tough.
