Hot Sauce

I use Valentina Hot for most things, eggs, beans whatever, I just slather it on.

If I want to be fancy sometimes I'll go with whatever Carolina bred sauce is out there with the reaper in it. I only put a few drops if I do that.

Valentina Hot for general use, great stuff. The regular version is not good to me.

Tabasco for stews.

Texas Pete or a Louisiana hot sauce for pasta.

Sirracha for Asian dishes that need it.

Also use Susie's Hot sauce a lot, a Carribean sauce (Antigua) with Scoth Bonnet peppers and a sweet fruity base.

Love the flavor of habenaro and ghost pepper sauces, if they don't over do the sauce until the pepper flavor is changed. I would love to try that Aussie sauce DST has! I have had my eye on it.

I remember the good days of putting hot sauce on everything before i developed a hiatal hernia that brought on GERD. Now at best I can enjoy the rare basket of mild wings, anything more and I’ll be shitting and breathing fire for literally days at a time.
