Pretty truck, I think you've posted a picture before.

That's pretty much what I'm trying to find for my dad but with the 5.0.

I'm a big fan of the ecoboost torque and how easily you can wring a lot more power out of them, but he wants the V8 for the simplicity.

It will likely be his last truck, so I'm going to find what he wants.

Eco boost has more hp, more torque, higher payload and higher towing capacity. Oh, and better fuel mileage. But, you are running twin turbos, so more to break, and it’s not cheap!

Regular, but about once a month I’ll fill up with premium. Salesman recommended it, so I do. It doesn’t require it though.

that's good, most turbo charged vehicles require premium gas. I also put this in my gas tank when fill up once a month to keep the fuel system clean.

Yes, on the trip out to Colorado from Alabama last week I was averaging 19.and editing to add I was running 75-80 most of the way.

Only problem I’ve had, was an “Integrated wheel end “ or IWE go bad. 4x4 system is vacuum disengage and it developed a leak and would engage the 4x4. Took me most of the day to change it. Pain in the ass. Also had a throttle position sensor malfunction which caused the engine to go into “limp mode”. Took about 30 minutes to change. No other issues.

My truck is an 04 Chevy. I get about 11 - no matter if I'm towing or not. 454 big block.

Mines a 2015, and I’ve made numerous round trips from Colorado to Alabama. 1400 miles each way. Miles add up quick when you travel cross country as much as I have.
