If SC loses Friday night I'll fly down to LA and p1ss on the Colosseum.I’m really having a tough time gauging this season. Our defense has made average quarterbacks look All American, yet they have stepped up the last couple of games.
The offense is explosive when it’s on a roll and has saved us numerous times. I’m just hoping they have no hiccups the remainder of the way like the first quarter against Colorado.
Friday night against Utah will tell me a lot. Neutral field, favored, playoffs if they win. Can they handle the pressure of the spotlight?
IF they make it to the playoffs and face Georgia I certainly don’t think we win, but find it a good gauge to see where we are headed.

Based on what I've seen, watching as many games as I can all season, from all that might make the playoff, my biggest concern is playing USC. It's the toughest matchup for my Dawgs, IMO.I’m really having a tough time gauging this season. I was really hoping to see SC play UGA. A lot of interesting matchups. SC had the most takeaways in college football. UGA is towards the top for giveaways. Was also really impressed with SC’s offense and Caleb Williams. Gotta give him credit for roughing it out tonight but he just wasn’t the same after the injuries. Losing Dye was hard enough. Dye wasn’t just a weapon for the offense. He was a rock in the blocking game. SC vs UGA would have been a hell of a game imo. Proud of what SC did this year tho surpassed my expectations. Maybe we’ll see y’all next season hoping for a different match up like Clemson or Tennessee this year.Based on what I've seen, watching as many games as I can all season, from all that might make the playoff, my biggest concern is playing USC. Did not stand the test of time...
Glad I was wrong, bro. Congrats.Did not stand the test of time...
Whittingham will die a Ute. That's why he's still there after all these years (28). He ain't going nowhere.I wasn't wrong in saying that limiting possessions and keeping thr ground game going is the kryponite against USC. Last night it was 223 rushing yards to 56. In favor of Utah. And the real deal breaker was USC was 1 for 12 on 3rd down. Was only successful on 3 of the 5 4th down attempts.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Wittingham get some looks at bigger schools in the next year or two.
