If you could change the transfer portal would you?

If so. What would you change?

1. Cannot xfer before 1 full season is completed.

2. Must still sit one year, with exceptions for NCAA infractions or coaching changes.
A. If there is a change in HC. The portal is closed until the HC is replaced. The portal opens again for every player 15 days after the HC hire. And is available to every player for 30 days. Regardless of where other time lines are
B. If there is a NCAA infraction such as a post season ban etc that happened before the player was enrolled but is going to be enforced during their time they may enter the portal right away. And it is available to them for 45 days. Without a requirement of 1 year of tenure.

3. Can only enter portal during off season. And the portal is closed either 60 or 90 days after the completion of the current and before the start date of the following season

4. Cannot use the portal more than once barring earlier exclusions for infractions or coaching changes

your list looks about right
 
1)Portal only open during December and May-July. Allows for kids to transfer after the season or after Spring Practice. No transfer in the middle of the season

2)One free transfer, period. Must sit out a season after any other transfer, regardless of circumstance.
