I'll just leave this right here

If you’re measuring against him as the bar, it means you’re still little brother. But if I had a vote today I’d say he was my #1. Seasons faaaaaaaaar from over.
I ain't measuring shit. I'm just posting numbers for all of you numbskulls to argue about. A former walk on has better numbers than the sitting Heisman winner. Frankly, that's the most important thing about my post. Who the players are, who they play for....moot point. I was going more for the argument that the Heisman committee sucks balls and listens to the talking heads too much because they don't want to do the work required to watch enough games to make a good decision. I said it before and I'll say it again. Brock Bowers should be the leading Heisman candidate because no one in CFB can compete with his versatility and ability. He is absolutely the best player in the CFB nation.

Well, I won’t pretend Bryce is having a Heisman year this year. Highly unlikely he repeats - other teams are rising, we’re declining, this squad is inferior to last years, and while he distinguished himself against the competition last year, I feel it was a weaker year for individual performers. Your guy now gets the scrutiny of Bryce, and all who came before him (Mac, Tua, Hurts, McCarron) that he’s lucky to be surrounded by so much talent, making him look far better than he is. I don’t buy that crap, never have, because you put shit in with greatness, they’re still shit. But as for Bowser (int), no Tight End ever gonna sniff the trophy.

Meh, when we started winning again, 08~12, we had some young posters that felt the need to beat their chest and proclaim Alabama the best thats ever been, as a result they got to feel the full weight of "Bama Fatigue" when every single post was attacked for homerism and crimson glasses blindness..
at this point in 22, I'm just worried about my team getting past Arkansas which I'm not completely sure we will,, as Toad said, the season is far from over with a lot of good teams in the SEC and elsewhere,
I hope Stetson becomes the first ever walk-on to win the heisman trophy, that would be a cool story.
