This fall is screwed up, normal day time temps are in the 50s usually, so yeah it's cold. You are about 1.5 to 2 hours north of me.

That sucks. Hope you hit up a brewery or two. Actually you should have gone to Cedar Ridge distillery outside of swisher, just south of Cedar Rapids. Damn good whiskey.

I live 1.5 hours southeast of sigourney. My wife grew up just north of there actually so I am around that area pretty often.

Last time I was there was 10+ years ago. Summer time and in my opinion absolutely beautiful country. Great trip. Sadly the older generation are passing on, and nobody has taken over the reins of family reunions, so don’t know when I will make it back.
