Brown Sugar and Honey have really helped mine out.


When I wrap I have honey and brown sugar in the foil pack.

Usually my foil routine is:

3 hours in smoke and then two layers of foil meat side down, and on the foil I put blue bottle spread butter, honey, brown sugar, a spritz of apple and pineapple juice from my spray bottle, and a touch of rub, and cayanne (just a touch though). And about 1.5 hours that way.
