The venue should have been moved and the black teacher(s) should have been allowed. They still get a conviction and an appeal is much tougher.

It wasn't an all White jury. Its just that there were no Blacks on the jury. They were very afraid he would face actual justice because of it and it turns out they were right to fear that.

The Defense had a perfectly valid reason to exclude them since they were teachers. Look what they discovered during voir dire. One prospective juror admitted he couldn't vote to convict because the defendant was Black.

It wasn't an all white jury. Granted, no black people on it, but black witnesses testified against Anthony.

This is not a close call. Murder is not a "proportionate response" to being shoved. If it were, every kid in the hallway at every school in America that was shoved, should walk if they did the same thing. Especially after saying "touch me and see what happens."..with multiple witnesses...and a confession.


Collin County, TX went Trump, 51% 47% in 2020. It was one of the most red suburban counties in TX 10 yrs prior.
