The only time I've seen fiber (and other high speed infrastructure) going into "rural" areas is when grandpa sells the farm and they turn it into a subdivision - contributing to urban sprawl. I've yet to see true high speed retro-fitted into rural areas. *with the exception of Starlink.![]()
