I hear ya! We have fires all over and Alaska problems rarely make the news. Hottest and driest summer on record by far and no end in sight. At least we have an extended golf season. Silver lining!

Likely most of the night. Pistol beside me, same for my brother, plus the pooch still holding down the fort at our uncle's place.

I understand that. You guys were experiencing non stop after-shocks after your quake and it barely made the news. We have one quake out in the middle of no where and it’s non stop coverage.

I’m working on one but taking my time because she’s a real catch. Unfortunately, dating at this age, everyone has baggage. It’s only been a year since she had her heart ripped out but we’ve been on a couple killer dates so far. I’m Link and she’s Zelda. I’m a few levels shy of the tube snake boogie.

I love it too. Family is full of Marines and nothing is safe from destruction. The cool thing about where I live is it is route from Pendleton to 29 palms. So it is not uncommon to see Marine helicopters flying over or a convoy driving up the freeway.

You will always know when someone is new in the area. On social media someone will make a post about hearing loud booms and worried. Of course others will just inform them the Marines are blowing up shit again.
