Successful debut or not? Can he make them competitive for an ACC championship?

I think he's been very successful in his first year. They've been pretty competitive even in the losses, but the ACC Championship? Pretty big leap there.

I've never really been sold on M. Brown as a great coach... good maybe.. He had a couple of great teams at Texas but....

With the exception of Clemson, the entire ACC has been an exercise in futility this year. It's like watching a comedy of errors surrounded by dumpster fires, so who the hell knows.

Absolutely. The key for Mack was getting Sam Howell there when he flipped him from Florida State. The next three years will be special for the Tar Heels.
