Don't worry boys, Chuba and Gundy already made up and made a video and everything.

Gundy, a guy from a red state, QB in a red state, head coach in a red state, guys going to be conservative. Also, OANN sent him a shit ton of swag because he retweeted something of theirs that like a broken clock was right twice a day.

Chuba apologized, Gundy had no idea all the weird shit OANN has been putting out (honestly I don't know if they have, I put them in the same category as Liberty Hangout and Info Wars)

Chuba along with other players met with Gundy and has a huge talk, Gundy said change starts at the top and that starts with him. Crisis adverted
 
Not sure what change was being demanded, but I’ll chalk it up to Chuba being young and impulsive. If he can’t learn to deal with people who have differing opinions he’s going to have a tough time.

Unfortunately it is far too common. I’ve got a niece that won’t talk to me because I’m not sufficiently liberal in her mind. She talks about diversity but can’t handle a different viewpoint. Of course, the irony is lost on her.

The only reason Gundy had that shirt was because he retweeted them when they posted something about him being the first coach to want to get athletes on campus to workout. They sent him swag. Gundy is aloof as fuck with politics, he always has been. He's also a product of his own self and really has never cared what people thought about him..

This WHOLE thing started because of a fucking blogger for Pistols Firing Blog called Kyle Boone who has found fault with Gundy for the three years he's been there.

There's positive change going on and Mikes actually listening to the students and current events now which is good.

Also make note, Mike was the first major coach to come out against what happened to George Floyd.

There's no smoking gun

I think the whole thing actually started when he wore the shirt. Now this is just me and I'm no expert how that whole humaning works, but I tend to not wear clothing featuring things I'm not familiar enough with. I had a teacher my sophomore year in high school who was big on that being a pro tip, "Don't wear something and you don't know what it is."

But again, I'm just some random individual eating barbecued sauced smokies. And they're delicious.
