The fact claiming we are trying to poison people is. Also the amount of chlorine that's required to cause cancer is much more than anyone will injest on a chicken. Personally I'd like the fact my chicken would be clean with an agent fighting salmonella on it if it were getting shipped across the ocean. Hopefully they never go swimming in a pool. As far as atrazine goes it is applied as a pre and post emergence weed killer that is only applied when the corn is not emerged or is small before any ear is ever formed. It never gets on the kernals.
