Skip Holtz is going to try to embarrass former DC Manny Diaz and the Hurricanes. This is huge for recruiting for LA Tech. The best thing for the small schools is Ed Orgeron talking them up to get in state prospects to stay.

The best thing for LSU is for the in state prospects to stay home and not go to other SEC teams...
 
Wes Durham is one of my favorite play-by-play voices. I met his dad, Woody Durham years back and Wes is basically identical in looks and sound to the ol' Voice of the Tar Heels.

This Independence Bowl features no independent teams. Also, no scoring.
 
If Miami-FL loses, it'll be their first losing season since 2014 which also ended 6-7 with a loss in the Independence Bowl.
