Do we really think they have a chance against Florida? Why does anyone think Manny will be successful as a HC? We need a Miami fan here. IMG_20190818_211649.jpg
 
I like our chances this year much better than last. We now have a real OC and a promising QB. On defense we should be very good especially the front 7. This will come down to the trenches and if we give our QB a chance to operate.

Gators have excellent receivers and a decent QB. They also are very good on defense.

Early season games with questions on Offense are usually bad for the team with the most questions. Miami has the most questions with a new QB and a New Coach. Florida returns 8 starters on a defense that held Michigan to 15 points in their last game out. I have Florida by 2 TDs in the game.

Franks isn't that big of a question mark either. He had 2,800 total yards a year ago and was responsible for 31 TD's versus just 6 interceptions. That was in year 1 under Mullen's system. He has the physical tools to improve on that in 2019. Looking at Mullen's history with QB's should be an indicator as well. They tend to only get better under him as they stay in his system. Florida also returns 2 backs that averaged over 6 yards per carry a year ago in Perine and Pierce. They return their Top 5 pass catchers as well in Jefferson, Grimes, Hammond, Cleveland and Toney. Just not many questions at the skill positions for Florida heading into the season.

I did talk about the game earlier in this thread but you chose to take a shot as always because you are such a Cane hater you just can't help yourself. I was making a comparison and reminding you of the skull fucking you guys received.

I engaged in football talk in this thread about the upcoming game and you wanted to take a dig like you always did even when you were at rivals so it's quite obvious a Cane fan shook you up year's ago and are still struggling to give over it, so take your own advice about manning up there chief.

No. I was talking about football. The question was do you think Miami has a chance. I answered that.
