Hell, I remember when I thought I wasn't gonna make it to 30. I thought of myself as a "modern day" Jim Morrison. Too smart to deal with the world around me unless I was fucking clobbered on something to slow my brain down. Too stupid to realize that said "clobbered" would kill me. I've been walking a tightrope for decades. Now I just hope I'll wake up if I do go to sleep. It's actually pretty sad. That said.....I've enjoyed my one ride on this big blue marble, and I intend to live until I die. Most folks my age die until they get buried.
