Happy Game Day everyone! Here's to a good day of football and whatever else may be on your list today! As for me, I got roped into playing in a damn golf tournament today by the charity I volunteer with so I won't be able to watch any games until late this afternoon.

Funny thing is I usually stay up till those times most nights... crazy work schedules lol. Matter of fact my contract is coming up and my boss had moved me back to a more decent time of working till 11pm for the remainder of the term but this last week he said he needed me to go back to my old sched. ugh ... hate changing up my sleep patterns.

I know what you mean! I worked a crazy DuPont rotating days / nights, nights / days for years. I was tired all the time, even on days off.
 
Got alot going on today. 2 marching band competitions for the oldest and middle girls, and the youngest one wants to go to a big chicken show and sale so she can get new show birds for the fair next year. And I have to juggle it all because my wife and another lady drove to Wyoming for a horse sale yesterday and wont be back till Monday.

See, you got a good one. Mine were never afraid to pull the trigger on buying anything. Nothing like coming home to find a new car in the driveway and your favorite truck is strangely missing ( true story ). Walking into the house saying "Hey, whose car is that?... and where in hell is my truck?". Reply "Oh yeah, btw I traded your truck in on a new car for me. I know you wont mind."

I did just the opposite... I took the wifes SUV and traded it in on a new truck. That was one pissed off lady LOL! It worked out though, she found a little VW Beetle convertible she wanted so we both ended up with vehicles we love. It was tense as hell for a month or so though!
