Thank you kind sir. No coffee this morning. Just 1 coca cola for the caffone fix. I said the hell with it and drank coffee 3 days on a row. H.A. seemed a lit worse on those days.

When it gets to bad I can get relief, sometimes. Buuuuut I can only use it 10 times in a 30 day span. So i have to pick and choose. Thst can be very difficult st times.

Back in my working days on the way to work I would see the same gentleman at the same crosswalk at 5:00 am on what I figured was his morning walk.

I was guessing retired Army ( age, Army ball cap, buzz haircut, walk of confidence), so I figured he spent most of his career up at that time and retirement wasn’t going to change that.

Some days are better than others. Yesterday for example, took youngest to Dr. Was fine all day then around 4pm boom and lasted until 630 and i wad after that. I don't make any plans in advance at all until these start calming down. Which at one point I thought they were. Well TH was wrong. What a surprise.
