writing out the check for retiree medical insurance pisses me off.. thats the start,, now son has a rental house and the renter is not paying final rent before he moves out this weekend,, gotta decide if I want to spend a few days in jail...

Yes, the rent is 800 and he got a 750 deposit.. so its not so bad,, of course the guy has been late more times than on time.. Son is 23 and feeling all disrespected at the moment.. he doesnt quite understand the way of the world right now.. I still have some things to teach him.. which typing that makes me realize going all Ballistic is not the best thing to teach him.. but it flirts with taking up for yourself cause this dude really is trying to walk on him judging from the text's that Ive seen..

Don't know who said it. Unlike most vehicles, if you do your due diligence, you should at minimum not be investing in a depreciating asset. Or not paying rent to cover someone else's mortgage. Long run, most, or their heirs get their money back...
Well....I'm getting ready to close on my first house next week...should I be worried?

So I quit smoking cigs and kicked my caffeine addiction this month. Been three weeks now. Having the thc carts from Cali helps. But I had the flu for two weeks and was too sick to notice or care about withdrawals. Feels pretty good.
