No, the wife is still here in CO working, until probably June. I came out here to spend Christmas with her for a couple of weeks. I'm starting a new job in January and I didn't know when I'd get another chance to come out.

I've accepted a position as a Maintenance Planner, with BAE Systems. It's not near what I made at my last job, but it's OUTSTANDING pay for the area. On top of that, I won't have to deal with personnel issues either as it's not a supervisor / manager position. Been there, done that and want no part of that anymore. Plus, it's HOME instead of 1400 miles away.

Sciatica won't let me sit in a car for more than an hour or two at the time. Sucks. Road trips are the shit.

Yep I like road trips as well, seeing new things is something I look forward to. I like to drive.

It helps that my truck has heated / cooled seats with air adjustable lumbar support and built in massage.

My heated seat are on at all times, they are definite life savers. Massage would be a game changer
