Try getting used to bouncing back and forth from days to nights back to days every 3 weeks. I'm pretty sure I'm fucking insane, but I'm also positive I have the most stable mind in my company.

Back in my night shift time it was common to drink coffee all shift and then hit the in the morning as you professionally do, but I have never ventured into the both at the same time realm.

So we're back to cheap beer and coffee? Going in both directions (fast and slow) at the same time is still a helluva buzz that I recommend to everyone. Especially early in the morning.

Just for honest transparency during my regime....I am guilty of trying to experience everything that life has to offer. Even all of those things that "Society" frowns upon. I feel that my experiences have given me everything I need to discuss every possible life situation with my kids in a first hand knowledgeable way.
