Hometown boy did good on American Idol. His dad is an arrogant ass, but this kid is a good kid. He's gonna be successful in the country music world for a long time. This song is old country.....got a Mark Chestnut feel to it.

Update on Will. So I saw him live on stage just before Clint Black last weekend. His show was exceptional. Great stage presence, and great at involving the crowd. His band is superb. Lead guitarist is also from my hometown (I did not know this before). Dude is a absolute shredder.

He actually wrote this song about his own personal experience. He caught some flack for singing it on "Idol", but he didn't care. It was personal for him.
