Nice job Fighting Clark Leas!

If there were ever a week for Roll Bama Roll to bring back It's Meltdown Time for just 1 week, this is it.

If it makes you feel better, it still means something when someone beats Alabama, because Alabama is still pretty damn important.
Yeah, thank you, but…those days are waning. Today is, by my full admission, evidence of that.

Nothing lasts forever. On Gameday they were, at one point, talking about Cam Ward/Miami, and how it’s been a QUARTER century since U has a QB (Dorsey), and, it blew my mind. Time flies. But I was like, shit, yeah, I really their last championship appearance vs THE. I was a sophomore in college.

I’m now 42.

For roughly 20 years, Bama has been the gold standard, surpassed by year by ThE, Clemson, LSU, Georgia, etc, but we delays remained, consistent, dangerous, dominant.

And, at first glance we still are. To you. And 99% of fans. Ha ha, Bama lost, but they’ll be back, damn em.

I saw it differently.

Imo, we’ve been slipping for years, and, like USC, or Miami, or Texas, or LSfvcks before us…we’re about to enter a period of drought. Slower and subtler than most but, I can tell- sadly- the wind has shifted. And as it goes, the Tide.

Maybe. Maybe not. I think Kalen and this new staff need to adjust to being in a real conference. Other things I could possibly say, but, time will tell.

Heard that same stuff last year by Bama fans after the loss to Tejas with Saban at the helm. Just saying... It aint over yet. And dont worry, we will revenge your defeat with a beat down on Vandy next week.

Last time Vandy beat Bama was 1969. I guess the active losing streak wasnt on the radar record because they dont play each other often.
