Was the SEC the most over rated conference this year as a whole?

Bama like Clemson is loaded in talent. The difference obviously being the 2 losses.

But with that it doesn’t look like Bama will finish regular season with a ranked opponent win. And the only end of year ranked opponent Clemson will have is Virginia who they play in the CCG

Everyone expected the ACC down this year. But that surprises me with Bama

Bama's problem is not talent, it's the lack of talent at LB. In the past, that was a strength. They had depth for days. 5 stars four deep. Kirby took a shitload of that LB depth with him to UGA when he started recruiting all those LBs to Athens.

Bama still has a shitload of talent at the LB position, but not near what it used to be. Add in that this year injury has depleted their depth and you begin to understand why they aren't nearly as strong on defense as they have been in the past.

That lack of a 3 deep in 2 spots is pretty telling and really backs up my point. I remember well when that was normal for UGA. Now we have 5 stars transferring and other 5 stars that aren't even on the 3 deep.

UGA has seen early departures also. The depth chart hasn't suffered. You gotta admit UGAs depth chart at LB is better.
