***Notre Dame 35 at Louisville 17 - FINAL***

The FI are in their usual road look of shiny gold hats and pants with white shirts. The Cards are in all black with the Nintendo Virtual Boy helmets.

And we're underway in Louisville!
 
The P1 is good and with 12:39 to go in the 1st it's UND 7-0.
 
Last year for Labor Day, ESPN went all out with the coverage for the Virginia Tech at Florida State contest. They're not doing that tonight.
 
The commercial breaks will probably take longer than the ND scoring drives tonight....
 
This coming week is fun for sports. We've got Week 2 of College Football where most of the D2 and D3 teams get going. The NFL season begins, the Tennis US Open wraps up, NASCAR finalizes its Cup Chase field...

...And I get to brace for a damn hurricane.
 
UL's helmets remind me of the days when Kmart and/or Walmart would have this available to test out. Shit hurt my eyes.

Earlier this calendar year, Louisville's men's basketball team had a Blackout Night at home against Duke. They lost that game.
 
I have now posted here 700 times. Roughly half are game thread related and most of the other half involves music.
