Oh yeah, absolutely, she would have been ordered to do that on inauguration day. Makes you wonder if there will be more pardons to come before stuff hits the light of day. Get ahead of the curve so to say. Make it as hard as possible to unravel anything.
 
This is like the 2nd thing I know of that Biden went back on. He said he would not pardon Hunter, he did. He supposedly said he would not run for a 2nd term, he did. All I could find were rumors from aides that he would not run, nothing actually from him saying it.

JUST IN: Delaware activist judge Kathaleen McCormick declines to reinstate Elon Musk's Tesla compensation package, once again overruling the company’s board and more than 72% of its shareholders.

Instead, she ordered Tesla shareholders to pay $345 million in legal fees to attorneys representing the plaintiff, who owned just nine shares of the company.

Judge McCormick previously ruled against @elonmusk during his acquisition of Twitter.

Before becoming the head of the Delaware Chancery Court, McCormick worked at the Delaware law firm Young Conaway. For decades, this firm and its employees have been large donors to President Joe Biden.

In 2016, Hunter Biden hosted a gubernatorial campaign event for Congressman John Carney at the offices of Young Conaway in Wilmington, Delaware.

Then-Vice President Joe Biden attended as the guest speaker. Carney, a close friend of Joe Biden for over 40 years, later became governor and nominated Kathaleen McCormick, then a partner at Young Conaway, to her current position on the Delaware Chancery Court.

In a March 2018 email, Hunter Biden claimed he had personal connections to every judge on the Delaware Chancery Court.

He wrote, "I will bring the suit in the Chancery court in Delaware - which as you know is my home state and I am privileged to have worked with and know every judge on the chancery court."

After Elon Musk purchased Twitter with the stated goal of promoting free speech, President Biden publicly called for a federal investigation into Musk.

Subsequently, the Biden administration’s Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and Federal Trade Commission launched investigations and legal actions targeting Tesla, SpaceX, and X.

This latest decision by Judge McCormick, who has ties to Biden’s top donors and was nominated to the court by a close Biden ally, is another example of the Biden administration and its "Democratic" allies using the legal system to target political opponents.

The decision to nullify @elonmusk compensation package is a perfect example of the issues in our justice system. We now have activists in robes.

In this case the judge:

- was a partner at a law firm that donated large sums to Joe Biden

- she was appointed to the court by Governor John Carney who has been friends with Joe Biden for 40 years

- this is the same court Hunter Biden claimed to know every single judge in

- this is the same judge who ruled against him in two prior cases

- she rejected a compensation package that 72% of the companies shareholders voted to approve

- also ordered Musk to pay 345 million dollars in attorneys fees (what do they charge like 100,000 dollars an hour)

- rubber stamped one of the largest fees awarded in securities legislation

- the court has a history of rubber stamping mega fee requests that seem unethical at best and fraudulent at worst, look at the case involving Transperfect Global

Sounds like a combination of weaponized justice against someone who pissed off the Democratic Party and the Biden administration and a court that seems to be a revolving door of judges that were partners at major connected law firms who approve insane attorneys fees as kickbacks.

New York democrats are doubling down on stupid. 31 of them have co-sponsored a bill that would give more protections to illegal aliens accused of committing crimes. The bill would forbid police officers, peace officers and school resource officers from cooperating or speaking with ICE. Ever.
