While cops were firing tear gas and flashbangs at what they called an unlawful gathering, the reporter had other priorities: telling a 9-year-old to “keep up the good fight.”

Yes, that happened on live TV.

While the screen warned of chaos, the reporter gave the kid a gold star for activism.
