There is some truth to this. Are you suggesting a swap?

However, I'm not thrilled at the idea of a country full of people (or 6 million a year) with such disrespect for the law as to come here illegally.

No. Just being the devils advocate. A lot of the kids I see theses days have no goals, sense of purpose and just generally apathy towards everything. There are plenty of exceptions and it is refreshing to see that.
