Doctor proposes floating abortion clinic in Gulf of Mexico to bypass bans

Any professional is required to report any suspected abuse, neglect, ect. Anyone can report (and this is your duty as a human being) to report any such abuse to anyone from 1 minute old to 150 years old. I have made countless reports in my job. The last one I made was a 75 year old to Adult protective services who was being taken advantage of by a supposed care taker for financial gain. At least you are making a report so that it is investigated. Im wondering like you if this never happened. If it was an under-age person, the "news" would still be reporting it without giving out the minor's name/photo, etc.

My understanding is that people have searched for any such report or investigation unsuccessfully. I understand that ongoing investigations are often kept from the public eye but I'd sure love to see the outcome of this. As stated earlier.... I have my doubts.
