Ever notice how not supporting (insert agenda) is evidence of fascism and racism? It's all part of the Marxist playbook.

It's worth listening to. But the short version:

Baseless claim made by daughter (or perhaps granddaughter) that man was acting irrationally.
Police respond and agree there is no evidence to support this claim.
However, just prior to leaving an officer accidentally knocked down a blind or drape covering a doorway.
Man moved to pick up blind, officer threatened to taze him. He said "don't taze me, I have a heart condition, it could kill me."
For some reason the officers thought this warranted a psych evaluation.
While on psych eval, cops found out he had weapons and tried to confiscate them.
Wife does not allow cops to take guns.
Meanwhile, psych eval come back thatan is healthy.
Cops threaten to hold him on psych eval unless he gives up guns.
Man finally caves and surrenders weapons to get out of psych ward.
Man files law suit to get guns back.
Long guns returned, hand guns not. (He does have handgun license)
The second court denies 2A rights.
SCOTUS declines to take case.
That's it in a nutshell - I may have missed a few details.

Why waste time and money? They’d be “prosecuted” by their comrades and exonerated with commendation, “under the circumstances”, which would only allow them to cite such next time they lie. At least right now they’ve got egg on their face.

Would it be extreme of me to suggest that losing faith in socalled leadership is another step in the breakdown? Doubt it.
