Exactly. Trump talks a great game but he isn’t capable of delivering. Sadly I’m not sure who is. As you say, the alphabet agencies will simply subvert and ignore. Unless a President sends the marine corps into their various headquarters and remove leadership all the way to the lowest level, well….nothing changes.
